well xarana, i think venison would be a good choice, lots of protein and allthough rather low in fat it contains a quite large callorie count that would help keep you energised to give your pups what they need while inside you...Veil would be a good choice too, not quite as much protein but more fat and more calories. Just basically don't over eat, but make sure you never go hungry.

i'll be back in a minute, i'm just gathering the ingredients for an antiseptic wash to help keep away infections.

*crushes the leaves and stems of the Eucalyptus into a fine paste*
*squeezes the natural oil from the thyme*
*mixes in with the Eucalyptus*
*crushes the stems and leaves of the thyme and adds them to the wash*

*pads over to chaos*
here, this should help to fight off any infections that might occur
*applies the antiseptic wash to the cut/gash*
apply this twice a day, keep the wound clean and it should clear up within a couple of days.
oh and in the mean time try not to put too much weight onto the leg.

i was bored so went hunting..not the smatest idea i've had... and ended taking on a couple of elk, i injured the female but then the male-i assume her mate- attacked me, i killed him but i think he might have fractured my right fore-leg.
Its not too painful but it's hard to walk on, and abit difficul to sleep with.-I had a nap in the clearing i found after i killed the elk, but i think i slept funny and i think i just made it worse.

nah i'm fine, i ate yesterday...the irony is that i hurt myself while hunting..but i wasn't even hungry.

well i've read the list shaddow gave to me, apparrently i need Comfrey for broken bones and soothing wounds...and poppy seeds will soothe sufferin and help to sleep.

i'm not sure if my leg is broken or fractured but i though it was better to be safe than sorry.
if you know where to find those then that would be of help, but appart form that i'm fine just sitting here.-i'm not thirsty or hungry.
