At The Lake

*Jumps out of the pool and shakes*
Just lead the way and I shall follow.
*shakes fur again*

*walks up to the edge of the lake*
*looks at the water*
so beautiful and peaceful,
*smiles inwardly at self*
*walks slowly into the pool*
~paws barely make a ripple in the water~
*swims to center of the lake*
i wish it could allways be this way,so quiet and tranquil
the solace and beauty of it
*dives below the water, swimming around*
*twists and plays under the water*
*comes up for air*
~moon light is reflecting off the water~
so beautiful, i would like it to stay like this, to live out my life as part of the forrest, as part of te water, as part of the earth itself

*swims to the edge of the lake*
~dripping wet~
*slowly walks out of the water*
*lies next to the shore and watches the lake, watches the moon passing in the sky.*

*watches the sun rise*
~the water slowly turns red and then purple, then gold and finally it's natural blue~
*sighs to self*
*tear wells up at the corner of my eye*
so beautiful
*slowly rises and leaves the lake, heading back to the pack*

*runs up to the side of the lake, not even hesitating as he launchs himself deep into the water*
*swims torwards the center of the lake, where a platform of ice has formed*
*pulls himself up onto the ice platform, sits down and looks at the moons reflection in the water*
Xan has been sleeping so much since the pups were born... And the rest of the pack seems to be in hiding or something. Sometimes I feel I'm the only one alive...

*comes running in*

*dives in and swims out to cyro*

Saba grinned, swimming over towards him

*turns around at his name being called*

"I know, everyone has dissappeared...even the pups!
it's so weird!"
Saba swam out towards Sye and climbed out of the river.
Sits down next to Sye.
"It's not right, it's too quiet...I don't like it" she whispers
A chil goes through her spine and she shivers.

None of us like it.
It is a ghost town now and sadly that is just what happens.
*lays down and claws at ground*

*swims out to the middle of the lake and dives under the water*

*stands up ans jumps into the water*
*struggles for a moment with his swimming*

*sees fish*
*dives for it*

*see's Sye dive for a fish*
*wolf smile*
I knew he could do it.
Maybe doing this could help him
*dives deeper until paws touch the lake bed*
*kicks off the floor and shoots back upto the surface, breathing deeply*

*misses fish*
*comes up for air*

Saba took a deep breath before turning to Sye.
"You want to hunt,"
She didn't direct this as a question, trying to understand how he was feeling at themoment was too much for her to comprehend so she simply tried to accept whatever came of the situation instead.
"I'll go back to camp and leave you out here, come and join me in the healer's den when you're done.
I could do with the company"
She swam out of the water and headed back towards the den.
